F-M Supplier Excellence Awards Continue to Roll In
Federal-Mogul’s commitment to world-class quality and customer service continues to pay impressive dividends in the form of new business and, most importantly, positive customer feedback.
Two prestigious recent customer awards – from Serck Intertruck and Derendinger Trading AG – highlight this valued customer input. Federal-Mogul was named Serck Intertruck’s 2008 “Supplier of the Year” during the customer’s annual conference in England. A leading international distributor of commercial vehicle components and automotive cooling products, Serck presented the award to Federal-Mogul in recognition of exceptional product quality, coverage, shipping performance and sales and marketing support. The award was determined through a vote of the organisation’s branch managers.
“In what was a tough year for many industry suppliers, Federal-Mogul delivered consistent support above and beyond our expectations,” said Serck Intertruck director of sales Colin Bate.
Derendinger Trading, one of Europe’s largest providers of replacement parts and repair services, recognised
Federal-Mogul as a premier supplier during an awards presentation at the 2009 International Motor Show in Geneva.
